Paul Hahn - Counselor, MAPC, BCCC founded Balance 4 Life Ministries in 2021 after more than 20 years of pastoral counseling experience so that he could follow this passion and calling full time. Paul has attended Vanderbilt University, Trinity College and Seminary, and he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology (with a minor in Biblical Studies) as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling, both from Truett McConnell University. Among other credentials, Paul also carries a Sports Psychology Endorsement and is a Certified Facilitator with Prepare/Enrich, an internationally recognized marital and premarital counseling program.

Jan Leary, M.Ed., RPSGT, BCCC, brings a rich and diverse background to her new role as a Board-Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC). A registered sleep technologist with the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians (BRPT), she has spent years in corporate health technology, blending science with compassion. Her journey also includes teaching English as a Second Language in the public school system, creating soulful portrait art, career services writing, and nurturing life through vegetable gardening. Passionate about personal growth, Jan is devoted to helping others flourish—spiritually, mentally, and physically - on their path to becoming their best selves.

Tom Bender is Certified by the NACC (Nation Association of Christian Counselors) as a Board Certified Christian Counselor/Life Coach. Tom is also an Ordained Minister. Tom founded and led a College Campus Ministry in 2007 called F.O.R-U (Fellowship, Outreach, and Reflection) until 2014. Tom completed the NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Associations International) Certification in the music industry fundamentals and etiquette of the songwriting profession, and is a member of the Country Music Association (CMA). Tom is also a 2024/25 InterContinental Music Awards & 2024 Global Music Award Winner. I use "Therapeutic songwriting" which is the process of creating, notating or recording lyrics and music with a client. This therapeutic relationship is used to address social, emotional, cognitive and communication needs of the client. Allowing for opportunities of hope, healing, and encouragement through music and lyrics.

Gabi Gunawan graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychological Science with a summa cum laude. Gabi enjoys art and partakes in painting and art museum visits. Gabi was the president of the National Art Honor Society which combines her passion for art and community involvement.
